Skrim Pure Metalloids is a metallic watercolor set with 6 full pans, handmade in Germany and artist-grade — like liquid metal from the brush: a golden shimmer, a silver gleam, a copper glow.
Colors:
- Leaf Gold – a rich, luminous gold that mirrors genuine gold leaf
- Platinum – a striking silver of pure sophistication
- Rosé Alloy – a delicate champagne-pink fusion of copper and silver
- Brass – a deep, warm golden-yellow with historic grandeur
- Vermeil – gold over silver, with a radiance that shifts with the light
- Orichalcum – a fiery orange-copper echoing the mythical metal of Atlantis
Extreme coverage, intense metallic shine — these colors are made to stand out.
Made for: watercolor painting and illustration, calligraphy and hand lettering, wedding invitations and envelope addressing, card making and papercraft, journal and planner spreads, mixed media, and fantasy and celestial art. Works on white, colored and black paper, on wood and stone, and over dry acrylic.
Pro tip: Let the pans sit with a few drops of water for 5–10 minutes to unlock their full metallic brilliance. Best on watercolor paper of 300 gsm or more.

How to use
How to use
These watercolors work best when you add accents to your watercolor art,
especially when using black paper. Let the water soak in for about 5 to 10
minutes before you start painting. Watercolor paper with 300g density or above is recommended to use.

Die besten Metallic-Farben, die ich bisher hatte. Das Metalloid-Set ist einfach mega schön, die Farben decken richtig gut und glänzen unfassbar schön. Ich bin richtig happy, endlich in die Skrim-Farben investiert zu haben. Macht weiter so :)

Just WOW! ok so I own a fair few metallic watercolor pans, but these might just be the nicest ones I've bought! The particles are fine, the paint is creamy and gives almost 100% coverage if used as per the directions, no grainy bits untike some others and a beautiful sheen. Super happy with my purchase!
