We have an update regarding our delivery timeline for the holiday season. For those located in Germany, please note that orders placed by December 19th will arrive before Christmas.
For our European customers (excluding the UK), we can guarantee delivery before Christmas as long as Express Shipping is selected. The final cutoff for this option is December 19th at 10:00 CEST.
To ensure timely delivery for the holiday season, please note the following information:

Within Germany, orders shipped with DHL Warenpost will take 2-4 days to arrive and will be on time if placed by December 19th.

Within the EU and Europe (excluding the UK), orders shipped with DHL merchant mail will arrive on time if placed by December 14th. After this date, you must select DHL Express Shipping (with a delivery time of 2-4 days) to guarantee arrival before Christmas.

For the UK, North America, and all other parts of the world, orders shipped with DHL merchant mail will not arrive before Christmas if placed after December 3rd.
As a reminder, please note that as of December 10th, 2022, Express Shipping will not guarantee arrival before Christmas for orders shipped to Australia.
We recommend that customers in the aforementioned areas select Express Shipping to ensure timely delivery before Christmas. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
